FARIDABAD NEWS 13 NOV 2025 : GAUTAM : IPR Innovation and Incubation/Start-up division along with Institution’s Innovation Council (8.0) of  J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA Faridabad, today organized the Entrepreneurship Summit and Investors Meet 2025, establishing an energetic forum for industry leaders, investors, policymakers, and budding student innovators to boost partnerships, secure investments, and accelerate startup ecosystems.
The summit kicked off with ceremonial lamp lighting led by Vice Chancellor Prof. Rajive Kumar alongside eminent dignitaries. In his presidential address, Prof. Rajive Kumar reiterated his dedication to advancing startups through a student-focused environment that nurtures innovation and entrepreneurship, fully aligned with NEP 2020.
Prof. Sanjeev Goyal, Director, JCB-TBI, offered opening remarks, spotlighting the university’s proactive measures in cultivating startups while warmly greeting attendees. Prof. Ajay Ranga, Registrar, stressed the vital importance of these gatherings in sparking creativity and entrepreneurial spirit.
Valuable perspectives were delivered by distinguished speakers: Sh. Rajive Gulati discussing industry demands for novel concepts; Dr Vishal Gandhi exploring breakthroughs in healthcare innovation; Dr C.S. Yadav outlining governmental aids for innovators; and Dr K.P. Singh examining collaborative opportunities between defense sectors and startups.
The IDEATHON Exhibition at Shakuntlam Hall displayed cutting-edge student innovations, garnering enthusiastic acclaim from seasoned judges. Subsequently, an exclusive investors meet unfolded under the chairmanship of Vice Chancellor Prof. Rajive Kumar, with participation from Sh. Alok Pandey, CEO, AIC-IIT Delhi, Ms Sanghmitra Bhasin of Wadhwani Foundation, Dr Vishal Gandhi of Indian Healthcare Angels, Dr Vibhuti Aggarwal of Real Time Angel Fund, Sh. Mukul Azad from Haryana Startup Cell, Industries and Commerce Department, Haryana, and Dr Himanshu Agrawal, Manager, AIC-IIT Delhi. As many as 20 startup ideas were presented before the investors during the session.
Two MoU were executed between JC University with AIC-IIT Delhi and with Wadhwani Foundation to enable seamless joint incubation, expert mentorship, and streamlined funding avenues. The event wrapped up with the vote of thanks delivered by Dr Rashmi Aggarwal, President, IIC, conveying appreciation to everyone involved and pledging continued drive toward enduring innovation.
